Hi, we are Luca, Jon, and Frederik and together we started Fabro pasta almost 4 years ago. Fabro was born from the idea of creating a little piece of Italy on a street corner of Copenhagen. Where we started with traditional recipes from my grandmother who was born in Fabro, a little village in Italy.

Forno a Legna is one of my favorite places in Copenhagen. I've been going there since I moved to Denmark from Italy as a child. Same as Fabro, this place has a very authentic and casual Italian vibe. The sweet owner, Giancarlo, is a very good friend of mine and, if you ever visit, you will probably meet him, since he never takes a day off.
Darcy's Kaffe is a place we love to visit on our days off. That's the place where I can start my day with one of their delicious pastries and coffee. Again, a place with a very laid-back atmosphere and welcoming staff, which is very important to us. Even though it's located on the busy street Rantzausgade, it always manages to make you feel very cozy and relaxed.
One of our best friends and Fabro boys is opening his own cafè with his girlfriend and a dear friend, Simone. We're sure this place is gonna be amazing — for sure it'll become our new usual spot.
This is a place that immediately grabbed our attention. We love to come here. It's a small local spot with a wide selection of natural wines. We, at Fabro, actually started to get some of their wines as well, because they are really good. The owners are always super sweet and welcoming.
Wow! We finally have an amazing pizza al taglio place in Copenhagen — just like when I'm home visiting my childhood district Trastevere in Rome. The taste, the vibe, the owner's charm, and everything about Gola is like some of my favorite pizza al taglio places in Trastevere.
